Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're billed pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens to my policies if I downgrade?
Your existing policies are always retained. If you downgrade below your current policy count, you can still view and export existing ones — you just won't be able to generate new ones until you're within your plan's limit.
Do phishing simulation emails come from my domain?
No — simulations are sent from a separate subdomain to protect your main domain's email reputation. The sending domain is set up during onboarding and is clearly separate from your real domain.
Are the generated policies legally reviewed?
AI-generated policies are a strong starting point and are aligned with industry frameworks, but they are not a substitute for legal review. We recommend having a qualified professional review any policy before formal adoption — especially for regulated industries.
What compliance frameworks do you support?
Currently SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, CJIS, Cyber Essentials, NIST CSF, and PCI DSS. We're adding new frameworks regularly based on customer demand.
